From a place that specializes in home delivered cooked steaks. They also have fast casual dine in. Grilled ground steak burger was tasty and +1 for the fresh bun.8/10.

nutsandboltons - Bodean's BBQ - London - SH30

This place does better BBQ than burgers, so I recommend you try it, but don't bother with the burger. That said, the burger was passable.  They get an extra point for playing 70s and 80s rock.

Good fries, solid patty, salty bacon.  Friendly wait staff, open floorplan, beer garden out back.  Thatcher's Gold on draft (even though I went with a more traditional ale).  This one's a good solid 7/10.

It's basically a Big Mac, done poorly at a low rent taco joint.  Unfortunately my daughter loves their tacos.  Decided to salvage the situation by crossing a burger off the list.  Meh, there was no joy in mudville here.

+1 for the thick crinkle cut fries.

Bitchin' good kebabs out of this van.  Especially nice to be able to escape the tourist crowd (the ones looking down their noses at the mud covered trail runner with disgusting street food) by flashing my employee identification and entering the grounds of one of the closed colleges.

Just wish I hadn't seen the cockroach running a couple inches past my toes. Had to knock off 1.5 point off the grade.

Slow Ride - Flames - Trowbridge, Wiltshire - kebab #24

Quite the worse for wear on my birthday run (51 years) due to the 9 pints over a thirteen mile jog (with two more pubs between me and the bus) this could have been anything with fat, salt and protein and I would have been delighted.  But it was surprisingly good on it's own merits (full comments here). 8/10
