Angus marinated in Sriracha and soy
Avocado, kimchi, onion strings, fried egg, furikake-wasabi mayo
This was awesome. The Sriracha gave the meat a great taste and the kimchi was not so hot as to be overpowering. I love a fried egg, all gooey on the meat. The pretzel bun was substantial enough to hold all of it, but I still ate it with a knife and fork. Delish.
Don't forget to visit The Heart Attack Grill in the old part of town!
