6/10 - "trifecta burger" - beef with some lamb and pork. Cherry jalapeño relish and Gouda cheese with roasted tomatoes. Combination of ingredients was great but since they just opened yesterday, the execution suffered. Way overcooked. (Ordered mid rare served almost well). Fries were on par with The Suns. This will be an 8 if they get it right.
Your challenge next year will be to visit 100 Boulder breweries that weren't open a week ago. You should be able to finish by March.
