Peter Pepper, Peso and Bucks, Austin, Burger #17

Been waiting for this joint to open forever so I can watch it fail. We ate here on their soft opening yet they made running a restaurant look so hard. This burger wasn't anything special, though redeeming in that it wasn't overcooked. 5 of 10.
