nutsandboltons - Casino El Camino - Austin - Steamed Ham # 6

I'm a little late posting the next couple burgers - the trip to Austin was eventful, and I got sick in the middle of it, and I'm only just now catching up on work, let alone the fun stuff.  LIke burgers.  Like this one.  It's the Buffalo burger from Casino El Camino, upgraded to the 'Explosive' wing sauce.  Fantastic burger, so thick they put it on the bun, cut it in half, and then put the burger back on the griddle to char the center a little bit.

10/10, although I came back the following week and was disappointed in the Amarillo burger...

    Forgot to mention, the chili cheese fries are great to split with a group, as are the green chile cheese fries. Wouldn't recommend ordering them for yourself, though. The burgers are huge, and as you can see, the basket fries is also enormous.
