Another favorite at this place is the Poblano burger. They've taken it off the menu sometime in the last year, but you can still get it if you order the poblano chicken sandwich and sub out a burger patty or two. :D

Still playing catch-up. This one is from January 17th. The Hickory Burger at Twin Peaks (south, Stassney & I-35) was surprisingly good, given the type of place it is. Think Hooters, only with a Lumberjack theme and competent wait staff. Double patty, bacon, hickory bbq sauce, cheddar, done a good solid medium. Juicy and with a good flavor. Their fries are also pretty good - thick-cut steak fries, well seasoned.

We've went to this place near Boulder and since I go with my wife, they always seem to put us in the 'family' section in the corner with the ugly girl server who they had to hire to make it seem like they do still hire ugly girls.
